Construction Worker

Job Description This role supports large, ground-up commercial construction projects, including multi-family apartment complexes and office buildings. You will assist with a variety of tasks related to carpentry and concrete work on unoccupied, new-construction job sites. The position involves working across multiple projects within the region as needed and contributing to a team that self-performs key trades on site. Hours Monday-Friday 6:30/7am-3:30/4pm

• Responsibilities Assist with general labor tasks on large commercial building sites, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.

Support carpentry activities such as framing, installation, and other basic carpentry tasks under the direction of skilled tradespeople. Assist with concrete work, including setting forms, preparing for concrete pours, placing and finishing concrete, and helping with concrete construction and repairs. Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools required for carpentry, concrete, and general construction tasks. Follow directions from supervisors and skilled carpenters and concrete workers to complete daily tasks efficiently and accurately. Work on multiple job sites within the region as needed, maintaining punctuality and reliability for each assignment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baraboo, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
