General Laborer & Crew Lead Opportunities

About us Larkman Construction is a non-union, family owned company proudly servicing Southeast Wisconsin since 1989. We specialize in underground utility construction, including directional drilling, trenching, cable placing, conduit adjustments and repair, pour-in-place concrete vaults and rebuilds, and asphalt/concrete road patching. We are currently seeking motivated General Laborers and experienced Crew Leads who are interested in building a long term career and growing with our team. Key Responsibilites

• Operate power and hand tools (drills, saws, compactors, generators, pumps, jackhammers, concrete finishing tools) safely and efficiently
• Ability to safely operate company trucks and equipment
• Load, unload, stage and organize materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite while following all protocols
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time in an outdoor work environment Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable daily transportation
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Minimum of 2 years construction experience Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with skid steers, excavators, directional drills, vacuum excavators, or hauling utility trailers.
• Class A CDL

• For Crew Leads:

• Experience managing crews of 2-6 employees
• Ability to read construction prints
• Experience tracking footage and quantities
• Training and mentoring team members in a professional manner This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as a team in an outdoor environment.
