Job Description

Join Our Paving Crew! We're looking for a hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a skilled crew, and taking pride in building quality roads, driveways, and parking lots, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist with asphalt paving and repair projects Rake, shovel, and spread asphalt materials Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators Perform site cleanup and general labor duties Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Construction or asphalt experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team Valid driver's license is a plus
