Sealcoating Laborer entry position

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and willing to learn Sealcoating Laborer to help with all tasks and complete asphalt sealing projects from start to finish. , ensure quality standards, and uphold safety protocols on construction sites. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure projects are completed on schedule. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of pavement preservation, contributing to durable and visually appealing surfaces. Responsibilities Help sealcoating crews, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and safely according to project specifications. On time to daily work Conduct site inspection Manage your job tasks daily as expected Oversee the use of tools. Skills . experience in construction or pavement maintenance projects is a plus with a focus on sealcoating or asphalt work. knowledge of Sealcoating, crackfill & crucial cleaning of pavement is a plus , but will train. construction site experience is a plus with an emphasis on quality control and safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of workmanship. construction management principles for effective project oversight.
