Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building, repairing, and renovating swimming pools . This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibil Support skilled tradespeople by handling materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as concrete forms, rebar, framing lumber, and other building components. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision to complete tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling. Aid in concrete work including mixing, pouring, and finishing. Requirements

VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AND A GOOD DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED, AS YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE A COMPANY TRUCK.

Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction work is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, and working in confined spaces. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is desirerable. Skills in masonry, carpentry (including trim carpentry), or restoration work are a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards. Pay:
