Exterior Pros is a growing local business that provides high-quality exterior home services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, snow removal, and Christmas light installation. Job Overview We're looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking Service Pros to join our team. You'll work outdoors performing a mix of cleaning and installation services throughout the year — helping homes shine for the holidays and stay clean all year long. Responsibilities Install and remove seasonal and permanent Christmas lights safely and professionally Clean windows, gutters, siding, and driveways using company equipment Assist with power washing, debris cleanup, and snow removal as needed Operate ladders and power tools safely (training provided) Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with customers Load/unload materials and keep equipment in good working order Follow safety protocols at all times Qualifications No experience required - we provide full training Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to and from job sites Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to detail Able to work in varying weather conditions (we're an outdoor crew!)
