About the Job Junk Jumpers Junk Removal is a small, growing junk removal company looking for a dependable and hardworking team member. This is a hands-on role where you will represent our company every day. You will work directly with customers, operate our truck, and help us deliver great service from start to finish. What You Will Do Drive the company truck to job sites, our storage unit, and the dump Load and haul junk and unwanted items onto the truck Meet with customers on-site and provide accurate price quotes and breakdowns Complete jobs professionally and efficiently from start to finish Sort and organize items at our storage facility Properly dispose of loads at the dump What We Are Looking For Physically able to lift and carry heavy items throughout the workday Strong communication skills and a professional attitude with customers Valid driver's license — driving the truck is a key part of this role Dependable, honest, and takes pride in their work Flexible and able to adapt to a schedule that changes day to day About the Hours We believe in being upfront. Hours are not the same every day. Some days may run longer due to last-minute jobs, and other days may be shorter if a cancellation occurs. If you are flexible and work well in a fast-paced environment, you will thrive here.
