Position Overview:

As a Landscape Construction Laborer at Barnes, Inc., you will play a crucial role in bringing our landscaping projects to life. You'll work alongside a team of experienced professionals to create beautiful hardscapes that enhance outdoor living spaces. If you have a strong work ethic, a love for the outdoors, and a desire to grow with a company that values your contributions, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other softscape elements according to design plans. Soil preparation, mulching, and irrigation system installation. Pruning, trimming, and maintaining plants to ensure their health and aesthetics. Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools. Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site. Provide excellent customer service and represent our company in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping or hardscape installation is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Team player with excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.
