Job Description

Now Hiring - Full Time Contractors & Laborers Timberwolf Construction is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing team! We are currently hiring full-time carpenters, as well as individuals who are willing to learn the trade and grow with us. For over 30 years, Timberwolf Construction has built quality homes that exceed our customers' expectations. We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, and we are looking for team members who share those same values. Experience is always a plus, but we are flexible and willing to train the right candidates. What We're Looking For:
Hardworking and dependable individuals Attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Construction experience preferred, but not required Duties Assist with heavy lifting and material handling using hand tools and power tools to ensure smooth workflow on-site Support concrete work by operating mixers, pouring, finishing, and pumping concrete as needed Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes following safety protocols and training Support carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, framing, roofing, and drywall installation Assist with installation of flooring, caulking, plastering, and other finishing touches to meet project specifications Use hand tools and power tools proficiently for various construction activities including metal framing and concrete forming Follow safety guidelines diligently while working with heavy machinery or in hazardous environments Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is advantageous Hands-on experience with masonry, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying is beneficial Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment confidently Strong understanding of safety procedures in construction environments Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating certain machinery may be required depending on project needs Join us in building something great!
