General Laborer Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction General Laborer and Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to safely operate a truck and trailer (non-CDL) and assist with various tasks on-site, including material handling, site cleanup, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry.

Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to work areas. Assist in assembling and disassembling structures, scaffolding, and temporary barriers. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear. Support carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must be able to safely operate a truck and trailer (non‑CDL) and obtain/maintain a valid DOT medical card. Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions. Must have reliable transportation to job sites. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
