Job Description
Windrow Builders is looking for dependable, hardworking crew members to help build decks, garages, fences, pole sheds, exterior remodels, and more. We're a fast-growing company that takes pride in quality work, good communication, and showing up when other contractors don't. This is hands-on construction work. You'll be working outdoors, using tools, carrying materials, helping with site prep, framing, concrete work, demolition, cleanup, and assisting with all phases of residential construction. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with construction of decks, garages, fences, pole sheds, and remodel projects Load/unload materials and keep jobsites clean Use hand tools and power tools safely Assist with framing, concrete prep, demolition, and site cleanup Follow directions and work as part of a team Maintain a professional attitude on jobsites Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Positive attitude and willingness to learn Construction experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to learn skilled trades Variety of projects — no two days are the same Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Family-oriented team environment Full-time and part-time positions available.
