Construction Worker/Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, contributing to the building and renovation of residential and commercial structures. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the construction and assembly of structures, including framing, drywall installation, and flooring installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Perform trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. Participate in training sessions to improve skills in construction management and site operations. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with frame carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, and trim carpentry is advantageous. Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools is essential. Experience reading blueprints will be considered a plus. A strong commitment to safety practices on the construction site is required.
