Construction Laborers Underground Utility, Telecommunications & Fiber Optic Construction Kramer Service Group is hiring dependable, hardworking Laborers to support underground utility and fiber optic construction projects in the following areas: Job Locations Superior, WI Tentative s tart date April 27th Position Overview Laborers will assist equipment operators and drill crews with installing underground telecommunications and fiber optic infrastructure. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with opportunity for advancement into operator or locator roles. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Hand dig, pot hole, and expose existing utilities Spot for equipment operators and maintain safe work zones Assist with trenching, conduit placement, and fiber installation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Hand dig, pot hole, and expose existing utilities Set handholes/pedestals and prep job sites Work closely with operators, drillers, and foreman Qualifications Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (telecom experience a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health Insurance 401(k) with employer match Per diem and lodging provided while traveling Opportunity for advancement (Operator / Locator training potential) Safety-focused company culture
