Qualified candidates will be familiar and experienced in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and direct the movement of lifting equipment, including scissor and boom lifts, on the job site. Communicate effectively with equipment operators to ensure safe operations and prevent any incidents. Maintain constant visual contact with the equipment during operation to guide and alert operators of any potential hazards. Implement and adhere to all safety protocols, including signaling techniques and emergency response procedures. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new safety regulations. Assist with setting up and securing equipment at the start and end of the operation.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Lift Spotter or in a similar role in construction or industrial settings is preferred. Strong awareness of safety practices and regulations in a construction or industrial environment. Excellent communication and observational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions precisely. Physically capable of standing for long periods and working in various weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent.
