Position Overview:

As a Plumbing Laborer / Pre-Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our plumbing operations and projects. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in the plumbing trade while working alongside skilled professionals. You will be exposed to various aspects of plumbing tasks and gain valuable knowledge that will serve as a foundation for your future career as a plumber.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist plumbers and plumbing technicians in daily tasks and projects Carry and organize tools and materials required for plumbing work Dig trenches and prepare work areas for plumbing installations and repairs Assemble and disassemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures under supervision Clean and maintain work areas and equipment Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams Support in the installation of plumbing systems and fixtures Develop basic knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites Gain exposure to safety practices and protocols in the plumbing industry

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects Excellent teamwork and communication skills Basic understanding of hand tools and their usage Enthusiasm for working in a hands-on, dynamic environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
