Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Construction Laborer and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscape construction tasks, supporting skilled crews to deliver high-quality results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Winter work is available with snow removal and odd jobs around the shop. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, landscape lighting, turf installation and plant installation. Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate machinery is a plus but not mandatory Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in outdoor environments Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license is beneficial for transporting equipment or materials to job sites
