We also handle light commercial projects and property damage insurance claims resulting from storm, fire, flood, or water damage. Our team is dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to homeowners and commercial clients alike. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction tasks across residential and light commercial projects. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure that each project progresses smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality building projects. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support various phases of construction work Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment as needed for tasks such as framing, roofing, or concrete work Support skilled tradespeople by installing rebar, framing structures, or applying stucco and siding materials Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout tasks Help with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping for foundations or slabs Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool handling Skills Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, pumping, and rebar installation Familiarity with masonry techniques including stucco and tile laying Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and protocols Join us in building quality spaces where clients can thrive!
