$13-$18/hour to start, with opportunities for quick raises based on performance and reliability About Us Mountain Shine Construction is a small, family-run company focused on residential renovations and property refreshes. Our work includes everything from full remodels to preparing homes for resale or rental. We take pride in doing quality work, staying reliable, and treating every home with respect. What You'll Do Assist with residential renovation and turnover projects Demo, prep, and job site clean-up Help install flooring, doors, trim, and fixtures Assist with drywall repairs and interior painting Load and unload tools and materials Keep job sites clean and organized Support the team across a variety of projects What We're Looking For Strong work ethic (more important than experience) Shows up on time and ready to work Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable working in different environments (occupied & vacant homes) Respectful in customers' homes and job sites Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet This is not a stand-around job—we're looking for someone ready to work and learn every day.
