Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Skid steers, excavator, rollers and other construction equipment and assisting with various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your expertise in equipment operation and construction site experience will be vital in supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure and development projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence and safety. Responsibilities Operate a variety of heavy eqIncluding excavators, Skid Steers, track loader, Rollers, dump trucks, with precision and safety. Assist with site preparation, grading, and other construction activities by utilizing appropriate machinery. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Support the construction team by performing manual labor tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, using a shovel and rake. There will be manner labor. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate operations and report any issues or hazards promptly. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and work performed throughout each shift. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, or tankers. Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred; experience driving Caterpillar or similar heavy equipment is highly desirable. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to safety. Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Join us in building the future!
