Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming ideas into reality! You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople, utilizing your physical strength and technical skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material staging and safety inspections Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing Install rebar, form concrete structures, and manage concrete pouring using mixers and pumps Read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute tasks like metal stud framing, drywall installation, or stucco application Conduct heavy lifting safely for materials like steel beams, concrete panels, or roofing materials Perform renovation work including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration projects Support specialized tasks such as welding, masonry work, or heavy equipment operation as needed on-site Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools confidently Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and stucco application Familiarity with heavy lifting procedures and safety protocols on construction sites Ability to operate heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts; commercial driving experience is a plus Proficiency in carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing Understanding of masonry techniques including bricklaying and stonework; welding skills are advantageous Experience with flooring installation and tile laying for interior or exterior projects Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately for precise project execution Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
