Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Helper/Laborer and become a vital part of our pool construction, renovation, or maintenance projects! As a Helper/Laborer, you will be instrumental in ensuring project efficiency, safety, and quality by assisting with a variety of physical tasks and operational duties. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing supplies, and setting up necessary safety barriers or equipment Support with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas Help with basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as cleaning debris Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform routine site inspections to identify hazards or issues needing attention Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the project to promote efficiency and safety Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or maintenance sites Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Inwood, WV Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us as a Helper/Laborer and be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
