Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete work Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule Support team members in lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials or equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly Assist with the installation of fixtures, windows, doors, or other building components as needed Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time Skills Proven experience in construction or related manual labor roles preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work environments Good communication skills for understanding instructions and reporting issues clearly Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations applicable to construction sites Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations This role is paid, offering an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals eager to build their career in construction.
