Duties Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, roofing, siding and other various task Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of plans. Assist with installation of fixtures such as doors and windows Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers on construction management activities including estimating materials and managing schedules. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols. Hands-on experience with various trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, siding and roofing work, preferred. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and construction management principles is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
