is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our disaster response and construction team. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks that support the successful completion of commercial and residential construction projects. From site preparation to finishing touches, your contribution will be essential to creating safe, durable, and high-quality structures. We value hard work, safety, and teamwork, offering a rewarding environment where every day presents new opportunities to learn and grow. Duties Perform general labor and construction tasks Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing Assist with disaster cleanup and restoration when needed Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across various construction sites Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key! Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing physically demanding tasks daily Knowledge of various construction disciplines including carpentry, roofing, restoration, flooring installation, etc. Valid driver's license for site transportation may be required depending on project needs Strong commitment to safety practices and teamwork in fast-paced environments Join us in building something great!
