Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks as directed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and removing debris Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to support project needs Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or special projects Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards immediately Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward collaborative work Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and reliably Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors Willingness to learn new skills quickly in a fast-moving environment Prior experience in labor or manual work is a plus but not required; training will be provided Embark on a rewarding journey where your effort directly contributes to successful project completion!
