Construction Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, contributing your expertise to ensure quality workmanship and efficient project completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing a wide range of skills and tools. Duties Assist in the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and smooth surfaces. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately. Perform heavy lifting, demolition, renovation work, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Install flooring, tile, stucco, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and perform masonry tasks as needed. Support roofing projects through framing, shingling, caulking, and other related activities. Conduct restoration work including plastering, drywall installation, and general site repairs with precision. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in construction estimating and project planning. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and heavy machinery operation. Expertise in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and masonry work. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately for various construction tasks. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations for operating trucks or transport vehicles on-site. Experience with renovation projects involving carpentry (including trim carpentry), framing (metal stud framing), roofing (shingles or metal), stucco application, caulking, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration processes.
