Construction Superintendent

```Overview``` We are seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Must have a pretty clean driving record. Employee will be assigned a company vehicle and will report directly from home to project sites each day. General area of projects with Andalusia being the center reaches out to Slocomb, Dothan, Ozark, Troy, Greenville, Monroeville, Atmore and Florala and all areas in between. • Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project status ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
