Assistant Site Manager - Rich's Car Wash Rich's Car Wash, a family-owned express car wash company with 45+ locations across 6 states, is hiring an Assistant Site Manager for newest location in the Belforest Community of Daphne, AL, to help lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. We need strong, reliable leaders who are eager to learn, support their teams, and help drive sales and operational excellence. Assistant Site Managers are a vital part of our mission to treat every customer like family while delivering the best car wash experience every day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and team development in a fast-paced environment. Pay & Benefits $14-$16 per hour (based on experience)
