Summertown Metals Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Coordinator to support our Post-Frame operations. This position requires the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a high standard of execution. Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling & Coordination Schedule post-frame construction projects Coordinate and schedule all garage door installations Maintain and update project timelines and completion calendars Ensure all jobs are properly sequenced and aligned for efficient execution Material & Shipping Alignment Work closely with Shipping to schedule material deliveries Ensure materials are ready and aligned with build schedules Adjust schedules as needed based on lead times and job readiness Problem Solving Identify scheduling conflicts, material gaps, or execution risks early Take initiative to resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving Maintain composure and clarity under pressure Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication skills across teams and customers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment Construction or building materials experience preferred
