We are seeking a Project Executive / Senior Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience working for a General Contractor on institutional and federal (DoD) construction projects. This leadership role will oversee multiple projects or large-scale programs ranging from $20M to $70M, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Candidates must have a stable work history and a proven ability to manage complex government projects. Must-Have Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These): 10-15 years of construction project management experience Experience working for a General Contractor (GC) Proven experience managing federal and/or DoD construction projects Experience with project values ranging from $20M-$70M Stable work history (no job hopping)Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive oversight of multiple projects or large-scale construction programs Lead project teams through all phases: preconstruction, construction, and closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance Manage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and safety regulations Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Drive risk management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, planning, and procurement strategiesPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR / DFARS) Experience with design-build, negotiated work, and GMP delivery methods OSHA certificationCore Skills:
