In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will oversee the final inspection process, coordinate with construction teams, and ensure all punch list items are addressed efficiently to deliver high-quality living spaces. Your expertise in construction management, quality control, and project scheduling will drive project success from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical phases of construction, ensuring projects meet rigorous standards and client expectations. Position is considered part time with the possibility of turning into full time. Responsibilities Lead the punch list process by inspecting completed work, identifying deficiencies, and documenting all outstanding items with precision. Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to communicate punch list findings and coordinate timely resolutions. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to track punch list progress, update schedules, and manage documentation efficiently. Supervise on-site activities related to punch list completion. Oversee quality control measures by inspecting materials and workmanship ensuring adherence to building codes and industry standards. Manage project timelines by integrating punch list tasks into overall project schedules. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management, including supervision and overseeing subcontractors during punch list activities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately while coordinating multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
