Production Manager

Production Manager The Production Manager oversees field production teams and manages daily job execution in Mobile, AL . This role coordinates crews, schedules, documentation, and customer communication to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion across fire, mold, and mitigation projects. The position requires leadership in managing subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring adherence to project scope and budget. Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily job schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Conduct initial job scoping, pre-testing, and estimating support; document scope changes as needed Supervise crews on-site; ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Manage job files and documentation, including photos, notes, work orders, and diaries Communicate project status, issues, and customer needs to leadership and internal teams Maintain strong relationships with commercial, residential, and insurance contacts Monitor ongoing work, conduct regular WIP check-ins, and drive jobs to timely close-out Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews for staff Track production costs and assist with job-costing/profitability analysis Ensure job sites are left clean and professional in appearance Qualifications Experience leading field crews in restoration, construction, or similar project-based services Strong project coordination skills including scheduling, documentation, and customer communication Comfortable with estimating, scoping, and basic job-cost awarenes s Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites 3-5 years of relevant mitigation experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:

$65,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule:

Report to the office at 7:30 AM ; departure time varies based on job needs and contracts Participates in on-call rotation approximately once every 5 weeks Employees are eligible for a 1% incentive program based on job performance, awarded only if all criteria are met After meeting qualification requirements, employees are offered through
