Full Job Description Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage project money, manpower, and materials effectively. Plan all phases of projects to ensure successful execution. Build and maintain project schedules; review schedules weekly and use them to drive production. Deliver plan changes to electricians promptly. Advise electricians and field personnel on the safest and most efficient methods of performing work. Identify and assist with pre-fabrication opportunities. Conduct regular jobsite visits to evaluate project progress, analyze percent complete, and discuss next steps with foremen. Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they occur. Maintain strong communication with clients and represent the company professionally. Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, and customers. Engage with GC superintendents and leadership teams during jobsite visits to improve coordination and planning. Promote a positive company image and help grow the customer base through relationship development.
Requirements:
5 years' Experience in construction project management, preferably in electrical construction. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and construction processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Some level of electrical education beyond high school, either technical school or engineering classes or both. Field Experience can substitute for additional training.
