Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all vendors and on-site construction. Candidate needs to be familiar with current code requirements and OSHA safety. Candidate must have experience in Multi-Family townhome building with specific experience in Fire Rated Shaft Wall Assembly. Experience in Customer Care / Warranty is preferred.
