Job Description

Now Hiring:
On-Site Property Site Manager (Work Camper Friendly + Site Included) We're looking for a hands-on, friendly, and reliable Site Manager to help keep a property running smoothly and the residents happy. If you're organized, dependable, and like being part of a community, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do:
Check on the property 5 days a week to keep it clean and safe (some light maintenance included) Welcome new residents, show available units, and help fill vacancies Collect rent and help residents with their online portal Coordinate with repair crews and make sure the work gets done right Handle notices and follow-up with tenants when needed Respond to resident requests within 24 hours Be on-call for emergencies (occasionally evenings/weekends) Help us keep the place looking good and running even better
What You'll Get:
Weekly Pay + Performance Bonuses and more Base pay, revenue-sharing, and extra bonuses for: Filling vacancies Positive reviews On-time rent collection Keeping the property full and well-maintained Estimated hours: 30-40/week All work is paid as a contractor (1099) ✅
What You'll Need:
Reliable transportation A smartphone for photos and communication A computer with internet for uploading documents and joining virtual meetings Ability to work independently, stay organized, and solve problems Friendly attitude and professional appearance This role is great for someone who enjoys being part of a small team, likes flexibility, and wants to make a big impact at a local property. Experience helps, but attitude matters most.
