This pivotal role involves coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and industry best practices. As a key member of our team, you will drive project success through effective management, supervision, and communication. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or safety. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate progress updates, resolve issues promptly, and adapt plans as needed. Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for accurate cost forecasting and resource allocation. Supervise onsite teams by providing clear direction, managing schedules, and fostering a safe work environment. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and contractual obligations related to contracts management. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, safety records, and change orders using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale commercial projects. Extensive on-site construction experience with a solid understanding of heavy civil or pipeline projects preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software tools. Strong knowledge of contracts administration and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Supervising experience with a focus on safety compliance under OSHA standards is essential. Skilled in blueprint reading, construction estimating, schematics interpretation, and use of measurement tools such as ohmmeters for electrical work when necessary.
