Construction Administrator

Overview Construction Administration Position Brackett-Krennerich Architects is looking to add a new member to their team. We currently have an opening for a Construction Administrator with 5 plus years of experience in the construction industry. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and detail oriented to review product submittals and visit sites to observe the construction of building projects. Some of the duties will include submittal review, preparing observation reports, photographing projects during construction and coordinating various construction tasks with the contractor. Must have experience with commercial building construction and be able to read and understand construction documentation. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Word preferred. Strong communication skills desired.
