Job Description Job Description Job Description Assistant Superintendent Commercial Construction We are hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations and oversee quality control on ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Support Superintendent with daily jobsite supervision and subcontractor coordination Monitor field productivity, sequencing, and schedule milestones Perform daily quality inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and building codes Manage submittals, inspections, testing logs, and QC documentation Identify and resolve deficiencies before inspections, Maintain Master Deficiency List Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, architects, and project managers Assist with punch list, closeout, and turnover
Qualifications:
4+ years of commercial construction field experience Residential experience will not be considered Experience with structural, MEP, and interior build-outs Ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software OSHA 30 preferred We offer competitive pay, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities within a strong commercial construction team.
