  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion.
This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple teams, manage schedules, control budgets, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee daily operations on construction sites, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and safety compliance. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety standards; implement quality control measures to uphold safety protocols and construction excellence. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software to track project milestones, costs, and documentation efficiently. Coordinate with project teams on budgeting activities including cost estimating and financial forecasting; monitor expenditures against budgets continuously. Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and industry standards; oversee the review of schematics and technical documents for accuracy. Supervise on-site teams by providing guidance, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on safety and quality. Skills Experience in construction management with proven supervisory skills in managing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of contracts administration, change management processes, and procurement strategies. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation review. Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols including OSHA standards; ability to enforce safety policies effectively. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration a plus. Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams; effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of budgeting principles related to construction projects; experience in cost control is highly valued.
