Job Description

Superintendent -
West Memphis, AR Pay:
$35-$40/hr DOE Skillforce is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field crews and subcontractors Read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings Stay ahead of schedules by planning work and anticipating jobsite needs Coordinate and procure materials to keep projects moving Run and oversee pipe installation projects Step in and assist with pipe welding and fitting when needed Enforce safety standards and ensure quality control Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation Communicate daily with teams to track progress and resolve issues
Requirements:
Experience as a Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and jobsite management Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Pipe welding and fitting experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA certification preferred
