Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential and commercial outdoor construction projects. This role acts as a key connection between sales, design, crews, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards. Responsibilities Coordinate projects from contract signing through project completion Schedule crews, deliveries, and inspections Communicate with clients regarding timelines, updates, and project expectations Assist with material ordering and inventory tracking Review project plans, measurements, and scopes of work for accuracy Monitor project progress and help resolve scheduling or production issues Maintain organized project documentation, permits, invoices, and change orders Support sales team with administrative and operational tasks Ensure projects meet quality standards and company procedures Help maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members Qualifications Previous experience in construction, hardscape, landscaping, or project coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Bilingual Key Skills Project coordination Scheduling and logistics Client communication Problem-solving Time management Attention to detail Team collaboration Construction operations support
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
