Salary:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We're working with a commercial general contractor that's built a strong presence across the East Valley, with a pipeline of industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mid-size commercial projects concentrated in Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa. They're bringing on a Project Manager to run $15M-$60M projects and are open to someone stepping into a PM II / Sr PM level over the next couple years. The group does a mix of ground-up and large-scale renovations, with a client base tied to manufacturing users, tech-related facilities, and regional developers expanding across the 101/202 corridors. The role sits within a 20-minute drive of most East Valley submarkets, and the majority of projects are kept in that area. Why join us? Full lifecycle PM responsibilities from buyout through closeout Client and subcontractor management Budget, schedule, and cost control ownership Coordination with field teams and leadership What they're typically looking for: 4-8 years of experience with a commercial GC Background in industrial, manufacturing, or mid-size commercial projects Exposure to projects in the $10M-$75M range Interested in hearing more?
