About Bondy Construction Bondy Construction builds high-quality residential and multi-unit projects in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale. We take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering projects on time and on budget. We're a growing, hands-on team looking for a Superintendent who shares our standard of excellence and wants to take ownership of projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. Position Summary The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of the job site, ensuring each project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the on-site leader coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries while serving as the primary point of contact in the field. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and trade crews Manage project timelines and adjust schedules to keep work on track Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance Coordinate and schedule inspections with local jurisdictions Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and progress reports Manage material deliveries and on-site inventory to prevent delays Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on the job site Identify and resolve field issues quickly, escalating to project management as needed Communicate regularly with ownership, project managers, vendors, and clients Conduct quality-control checks and punch-list walkthroughs prior to closeout Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar field-supervisory role Proven experience managing residential and/or multi-unit construction projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards Excellent scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Experience with custom or luxury residential builds Familiarity with the Town of Fountain Hills & Scottsdale permitting and inspection process OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Proficiency with construction management or scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Monday) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Physical Requirements Ability to walk active job sites on uneven terrain throughout the day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying Arizona weather conditions Ability to climb ladders and access all areas of a construction site
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
