Arizona , Gilbert Job Description Superintendent - Phoenix, AZ A nationally ranked general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the Phoenix market, including K-12, higher education, municipal, healthcare, and commercial builds. This role will oversee field operations on projects exceeding $10M, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily onsite construction activities from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections Enforce safety protocols and maintain quality control Drive projects to completion on time and within scope

Qualifications:

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction Proven experience managing projects $10M+ Strong leadership and scheduling skills

Compensation & Perks:
