Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee daily job site operations across our construction and cleaning projects. This role is responsible for making sure crews are showing up, work is being completed correctly, and job sites meet company quality standards. You will be the on-the-ground leader between the office and field teams—solving problems in real time, keeping jobs on schedule, and ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate field crews on multiple job sites Ensure work is completed to company standards (cleaning, construction, punch lists, etc.) Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Train and guide crew members on proper procedures and safety Communicate daily with management on job progress and issues Handle minor job site problem-solving and client concerns Verify materials, supplies, and equipment are properly used Ensure crews follow schedules and complete assigned scopes on time Document job progress with photos and reports when required Requirements Previous experience in construction, cleaning, maintenance, or field supervision Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple job sites and crews Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and accountability Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions in the field Preferred (Not Required) Experience in residential remodeling, cleaning operations, or general contracting Knowledge of job site safety practices Experience managing small crews or subcontractors What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Growth opportunity into Operations Manager role Steady work across residential and commercial projects Support from office team for scheduling and client coordination Performance-based bonuses available How to Apply Send your resume or a short summary of your experience to: Or call/text: 480-463-6237
