The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing in-person project management activities across multiple service offerings and multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience in the Kitchen & Bath remodeling service sectors with some experience in design and the use of design related software (2020, Kitchen Pro, Sketch-up, Auto-Cad, etc.). This role involves managing project schedules, providing progress updates, supporting bidding efforts, and supervising in-house crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time project delivery. Essential Functions and Duties include but are not limited to: Driving/traveling to job sites to meet with clients/client representatives, trade partners, agents, and stakeholders to discuss, develop, and document scopes of work. Including providing photographs, measurements, pricing, and written scopes in excel/server-based proprietary software. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly updates via proprietary software and MS Outlook email stakeholder chains. Supervise trade partners and in-house technicians for completion of assigned projects in a timely manner Monitor and update requested bids and current WIP (work in progress) for each assigned job/PO utilizing proprietary server-based software on company-provided devices. Conduct pre-construction meetings with stakeholders, trade partners, vendors, and suppliers as necessary to discuss approved scope of work, identify and submit potential change orders and establish project completion timeline. Create and maintain field construction schedules on all assigned job/POs. Daily/weekly site visits as necessary to document progress of the approved scope of work and provide photographs of repairs/improvements using proprietary server and cloud-based software with company-provided devices. Facilitate the resolution of job-related challenges and delays on all approved work orders with assigned trade partners/vendors/suppliers to maintain project timelines. Facilitate any needed documentation or approvals for municipal permitting, HOAs, property managers, etc. to assist our trade partners and main office project team. Assist the Vendor Manager/CQAM with sourcing, recruiting and interviewing trade partners, vendors and suppliers in assigned area(s). Train & coach trade partners on in-progress and completion processes of all restoration/remodeling projects. Complete quality inspections throughout the life of the scope (Zone Management) with trade partners to ensure all work is complete, correct, and meets approved scope, code compliance, and industry workmanship standards. Complete home presentations/final walk-throughs with clients, client representatives and pertinent stakeholders to review approved scope of work, all finished tasks, and address any issues/corrections to achieve job sign-off. Utilize cloud and server-based software to communicate with internal project team & principles, and attend company meetings as directed. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
Qualifications :

Must live in the Phoenix/Valley metro region and be willing to commute to all parts of the valley in company provided vehicle. Must have a strong Commitment to quality and the "Make it right" Mantra. Strong computer/tablet/smartphone skills using cloud-based software and uploading documents & photographs. Experience in Kitchen Design applications and consulting. Experience in MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Teams & Word are essential. Professional verbal and written skills. Customer Service/Client relationship phone and in-person skills Excellent communication, problem solving, & leadership skills Self-starter with a sense of urgency & driving deadlines in an autonomous and fast-paced environment Ensure that a safe, secure and healthy work environment is maintained on all jobs Organization and time management skills; multi-tasking is standard operating procedure for this role. Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, and work ethic are essential attributes to this position and company. Minimum of 5 years of residential construction knowledge, current market pricing, terminology and local construction methodologies. Experience with the insurance/restoration industry preferred but not required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Salary to Be discussed at time of
