This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating daily jobsite activities, supporting schedule execution, and ensuring safe, high quality installation of electrical systems on large scale, complex projects. The Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and production. Travel opportunities are available nationwide, including current and upcoming projects in Phoenix, Arizona and Alabama. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership and Operations Oversee daily electrical field operations including manpower coordination, sequencing, and work planning. Ensure all work is installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with project requirements and electrical codes. Coordinate field activities with forepersons, craft personnel, and subcontractors. Support equipment and material coordination including delivery, staging, and installation planning. Electrical Systems Coordination Support installation of complex electrical systems including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution. Coordinate electrical scope with other trades and project stakeholders. Identify and communicate field conditions, constraints, and constructability issues to project leadership. Scheduling and Production Support project schedule execution and short interval planning activities. Track daily production and assist in maintaining alignment with project milestones. Participate in coordination meetings with trade partners and project teams. Safety and Quality Enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance requirements. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and project standards. Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and jobsite walkthroughs. Maintain quality standards through oversight of installation practices and workmanship. Documentation and Communication Provide daily reporting, progress updates, and field coordination notes. Communicate jobsite conditions, issues, and progress updates to project leadership. Support resolution of field conflicts and installation challenges. Leadership and Team Support Provide direction and leadership to field crews and subcontractor teams. Support training and development of craft personnel. Promote a safety focused, accountable, and team oriented jobsite culture. Minimum Job Requirements Minimum 8 to 12 years of construction experience required. Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Experience with field coordination, scheduling, and trade management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record. Ability to pass pre employment drug screening and background check. Willingness to travel nationwide as project needs require. Preferred Qualifications Experience on mission critical or data center electrical projects. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction tools. Journeyman electrician background or equivalent field experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Work in active construction environments including walking job sites and climbing ladders. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required. Required to wear personal protective equipment at all times on job sites. Travel to project locations nationwide may be required.
