The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination abilities, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction management, including estimating, blueprint reading, and the use of construction management software. The Project Manager will work closely with various contractors, clients, and team members, to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Duties Coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Utilize construction estimating techniques to assess project costs accurately. Oversee the use of construction management software for tracking project progress and documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution effectively. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site. Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors as necessary. Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Excellent project coordination skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
