Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team. This company does ground up projects ranging from $2M-$40M.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a safe and clean work environment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
