Direct Hire Join a Growing Team Supporting Mission Critical Electrical Projects We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mission Critical Superintendent to support electrical operations on large-scale mission critical construction projects in the Phoenix market. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily field activities, supporting project execution, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship across complex electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, mission critical environments, and field coordination with the ability to work collaboratively alongside project managers, field teams, and subcontractors. Position Summary The Electrical Mission Critical Superintendent will oversee day-to-day electrical field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within project specifications. This role is responsible for coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, scheduling activities, and maintaining quality standards on-site. This is a hands-on field operations role focused on project execution, communication, and supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily field operations for mission critical electrical projects Support project schedules, manpower planning, and material coordination Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with project specifications Maintain quality control and jobsite safety standards Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel Assist with project planning, field logistics, and workflow coordination Identify and help resolve field-related issues to maintain project timelines Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and monitor project progress Support productivity goals and operational efficiency on-site Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams Assist in enforcing company procedures and safety practices Qualifications 5-10+ years of electrical construction or mission critical field experience Experience working on data centers, mission critical, or large commercial electrical projects Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety standards Ability to coordinate field operations and subcontractor activities effectively Experience with scheduling, project coordination, and field execution Strong communication and organizational skills OSHA knowledge and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $115,000
